Metallurgical Crane adopts dual-beam dual-track, and winch single trolley structure.
Main girder is middle-track box structure; the bridge consists of two main girders, two end girders, walkways, and walkway railings. The bottom of the main beam and the cabin set with heat insulation layer.
Trolley part is single trolley auxiliary hook type. Hook head and pulley block are forging hook (C-hook or W-hook). Main and auxiliary hook can work together, such as dumping of metal liquids. Hook head are equipped with prevent wire rope off prevention device. Main lifting mechanism adopt dual-motor, dual-brake and single reel. There are installed with load limiter.
Wire rope adopts metal core, high temperature resistance and high safety to ensure the safety of crane lifting.
Hoisting mechanism working principle: by the lifting motor power, through gear shift, and then drive the reel by coupling, drive the wire rope winding system to complete the hook lifting.
Crane and trolley traveling mechanism consists of motor, reducer, brakes, wheels and other components, wheels with double rim, through motor driving, make crane and trolley traveling along the track, to achieve crane overall lifting. Crane and trolley traveling mechanism adopt spring buffers.
Metallurgical Crane electrical control basically adopt Foundry Crane standard type, Suitable for high temperature, dusty and busy work requirements, use of metallurgical lifting dedicated motor, the motor should have good sealing, protection class IP54 and above. Motors all adopt H insulation class and have overspeed protection, braking device adopt dual brake. Crane feeding device using structural steel as slide wire, cables and copper wire can also be used.
Safety factor of electrical components, protection level are in line with the basic requirements of Foundry Crane, hoisting mechanism equipped with overload limit protection, dual-limit protection of rising limit and other varieties of security protections. Security protection grade is much higher than general use double girder bridge crane.
