Electromagnetic crane is evolved from bridge double girder crane, with detachable electromagnetic chuck and configure the corresponding operating system to control the electromagnetic chuck handling and lifting metal objects. Especially suitable for indoor or outdoor between fixed cross handling or transporting metal products and materials with permeability for, such as ingots, structural steel, iron, scrap iron, scrap steel and other materials.
Electromagnetic crane working level is for heavy duty system (A6). Operating environment is the same with double girder overhead crane. When there is main and auxiliary hook, it can also be designed with main hook electromagnetic or auxiliary hook electromagnetic.

Electromagnetic crane mainly consists of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism, driver's cabin, electrical, electromagnetic chuck and other components. Use double-beam, double-track, winch single trolley structure type. Electromagnetic chuck system is composed of electromagnetic chuck, rectification control equipment, cable reel, cable connectors and other components.

Electromagnetic crane's bridge, trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, driver's cabin and electrical control are the same with double girder gantry crane or bridge crane.
Lifting Mechanism
Main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism arranged in the same trolley rack, each set up with separate drive device, main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism not only can independently complete lifting and handling, but also can be coordinated to complete the flipping device work.
Hoisting mechanism operation principle: motor driving, after gear shift, then drive the reel, through the rope winding system to complete the hook lift.
Electromagnetic chuck suspension under the hook, power through the cable reel in the trolley frame, change the AC power to DC power, leaving the electromagnetic chuck generate magnetic force, attract various types of metals to the bottom of the chuck and move to a predetermined position to complete the purpose of moving loads.
