Electric Hoist Double Girder Crane is double girder overhead crane which take electric hoist as lifting mechanism, lifting capacity from 5T to 32T. For general handling and lifting.
Widely used in transport, assembly, maintenance, and handling operation of machinery manufacturing processing workshops, warehouses, yard, hydropower plant and others. It can also replace general use double girder bridge crane, used in the production workshop of textile industry and food industry. Working-level is generally A5.

Electric hoist double girder crane the main components are: bridge frame, trolley, crane traveling mechanism, electrical control systems.
Bridge Frame
The bridge frame mainly consisted of main beam, end beam, walkway, railings, ladders and other accessories. Bridge use double girder structure, with sufficient strength, rigidity and overall stability.
Main beam is the important force structure of crane, this series of crane use rail-in-middle box girder. Main girder production materials is Q235 and Q345 steel, after all steel plates though rolled leveling, shot blasting and rust cleaning, spaying weld-ability primer, and then cutting. When cutting the web steel plate, prefabricated its camber. After completion, the main beam camber ensuring of 0.9S / 1000 ~ 1.4S / 1000 (S is crane span). Main girder design fully meets the requirements of strength, rigidity and stability.
End beam at both ends of the two main beams, using high-strength bolts between main beam and end beam, it has simple structure, easy to install, easy to transport and storage.

Trolley traveling mechanism: trolley traveling mechanism includes motor, reducer, wheel sets, etc.

It has no impact traveling, extending the life of the motor and associated mechanical transmission mechanism; Small starting current, suitable for frequent start; Strong overload ability, even though stall five minutes it will not burning motor; during work, no axial movement, no brush sliding contact points and low failure rate.

Crane traveling mechanism mainly consists of 1.electric motor, 2.reducer, 3.wheel set and other components.
Traveling mechanism adopt dual-motor respectively drive device, this driving form with stable operation, light weight, versatility, easy installation and maintenance, operating performance is not affected by bridge deformation during hanging. Respectively drive can reduce wear of rail gnawing caused by wheel running skew deviation, not easy to appear wheel climb off track fault, etc.

Direct control is motor directly controlled by contactor, can achieve motor with single/ double speed and reversing control.
Crane traveling use string with resistance control, this approach reduces the motor starting current, relieving mechanical shock, and can achieve multi-position. This mode is applicable to the cabin operation, does not apply to ground and remote operation.

Use frequency converter to change the frequency and voltage of motor power, to achieve the purpose of motor speed adjustment control. Frequency inverter adopts Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, and Schneider, etc.
Cranes power supply is three-phase AC, rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. Rated voltage of 220V ~ 660V.

Short circuit protection, no-voltage protection, emergency power off switch protection, overload limit protection, upper and lower front and rear travel limit protection, zero and chain protection, phase failure, phase error, overvoltage, low-voltage protection, ground protection.
