Explosion-proof Hoist Double Girder Crane is one kind of double girder bridge cranes; the bridge structure is the same with standard double girder bridge crane. The crane use frequency is general, so it is with high cost performance using explosion-proof electric hoist trolley as lifting mechanism. Compared with explosion-proof single girder crane, this crane is with higher safety performance, more solid and stable structure.
Explosion level including ExdⅡBT4 and ExdⅡCT4, applicable hazardous areas as follows: Under normal circumstances, places that explosive gas mixtures may occur. And place explosive gas mixtures that may occur occasionally for a short time only under unusual circumstances in case of equipment failure or misuse.

Explosion-proof Hoist Double Girder Crane part

Adopt explosion-proof motor, standard motor insulation class is B, protection class IP44, it also can be made to F or H insulation class, IP54 or IP55 protection class according to condition requires, proof grade is divided into ExdⅡBT4 and ExdⅡCT4. Motor has features with good heat dissipation, long service life, safe and reliable, etc.
Wheel group is of 45 # steel forging molding, through precision machining, heat treatment hardness of 300 ~ 380HB, hardened layer at a depth of not less than 15mm 260HB. When the explosion level is ExdⅡCT4, it need to use explosion-proof wheels to prevent friction with the track and produce sparks. At the rail wheel set with rail sweep and polyurethane buffer to prevent sparks by collisions.
Electric Control Mode
Direct control, is control of the motor contactor, can achieve single and double speed, reversing control of motor.
Series resistance control, when the cabin operation, crane traveling with series resistance control, this way reduces the motor starting current, relieving mechanical shock, and can achieve multi-position. It does not apply to ground operation and remote operation.
Frequency control mode, use inverter to change the frequency and voltage of the motor power, to achieve the purpose of the motor speed control. It is with large range of control speed, good speed smoothness, obvious energy saving effect, small mechanical impact, and short-term overload capacity can up to 150%. Frequency control speed ratio 1:10, any speed during this period can be achieved. Inverter adopts well-known brands such as: Mitsubishi inverter, Yaskawa inverter, Siemens and Schneider frequency inverter and so on.
Electrical explosion protection system
Explosion-proof electrical device with sealed enclosure, explosion-proof level is ExdIIBT4 or ExdIICT4. Electrical components inside of the Explosion-proof control box adopt high quality, good reliability and long service life Siemens low-voltage electrical components to minimize the times that explosion-proof box open due to electrical fault.
When the cabin operates, cabin interior switches, junction boxes, buttons, boxes and bells, etc. are both explosion-proof. Other safety protection systems such as fire limit, travel switch are also explosion-proof.
