Suspension Crossing the Rail Crane

Suspension crossing the rail crane is special crane for thermal power plant mill house, mainly for coal grinding equipment maintenance, lifting and handling general parts. Suspension crossing the rail crane mainly consists of five major components: double girder crane, single girder crane (or single fixed rail), electric hoist, crossing the rail device and electrical equipment.
Operating principle: single beam (or single fixed rail), connect with double girder crane which runs on the I-beam track, use of electric hoist transport the required lifting object from the coal mill to the double girder crane, through double girder crane lift the object to the specified location.

Suspension crossing the rail crane mainly consists of double girder crane, single girder crane (or single fixed rail), electric hoist, crossing the rail device, and electrical equipment five major components, each component described as below:
Double girder crane is composed of two single-girder cranes which are connected by connecting rods, each single-girder crane composed of the main beam, fixed cross beam, moving cross beam and walkway. Main girder usually welded by structural steel, the structure of cross beam and wheel set using the connecting rod for connection.
Single girder crane (or single fixed rail) is monorail suspension overhead crane with movable crane mechanism (or use of single fixed beam orbit for hoist running).
Electric hoist: because of the mill house height is usually limited, when it needs to reach a certain lifting height of lift maintenance object, usually use low clearance electric hoist, if conditions allow, can also use CD electric hoist.
Crossing the rail device is an important part of crossing the rail crane; its main role is to lift the object back and forth on the main girder of single girder crane and double girder crane.
