Manual Overhead Crane

Manual overhead crane is divided into manual single-girder overhead crane and manual double girder crane, gear and wheels running driven by drive chain, lifting and running power are manpower. Suitable for overhaul and install equipment of no power warehouses, workshops and other places that small handling amount and not pay attention to power and speed.

Manual overhead crane consist of bridge frame, drive mechanism, trolley traveling and lifting part, etc.
Bridge frame is consisted of the main beam welded on two end beams. Main beam equipped with track for trolley traveling.
Manual overhead crane drive mechanism divided into two grades. 5-10 ton transmission mechanism is first class transmission; each segment shaft directly connects together through coupling, drive sprocket and driving wheel rotates with it, which makes the crane moves back and forth. 16-20 tons transmission mechanism is second class transmission, through gears the coupling make each segment connect together, gear drives the driving wheel rotation, driven wheel rotates with it, which makes the crane moves back and forth.
Trolley traveling parts: driving sprocket makes the rotation of the driving wheel, causing trolley moving back and forth in laterally along the rail.
Lifting parts: driving sprocket makes the drum rotated; cable wound on the drum make lifting movement together with the hook at the moment, descending distance is controlled by braking device.
