Manual Suspension Crane

Manual suspension overhead crane installed on the top of the plant suitable for no power plant of small handling and not pay more attention about efficiency and speed. Different from manual overhead crane is the traveling track; manual suspension crane traveling track is the I-steel fixed on top of the plant. It has slow traveling speed, stable operation, no noise, no pollution, small size, easy to manipulate. It can be widely used in the shops and warehouses and other occasions of manufacturing, assembling, repairing, it can greatly reduce the labor intensity and improve work efficiency.

Manual single girder suspension crane working level is M3, power of lifting and traveling are manpower, it is light small hoisting machinery.
Main beam: I-beam welded at both end beams, the manual monorail trolley moving back and forth in traverse along I-beam.
End beam: welded in both ends of the main beam, the end beams are equipped with driving wheels and driven wheels.
Transmission mechanism: transmission mechanism of lifting and traveling are the same, each segment shaft directly connects together through coupling, drive sprocket drive the rotation shaft, which makes the crane moves back and forth.
