Suspension Crane

Electric suspension crane working level is A4-A5, including two operation modes: ground control and remote control. Crane traveling speed can also be designed to dual speed or frequency control and other types.

Suspension crane mainly consists of bridge frame, traveling mechanism, electric hoist, electric control system, etc.
Electric suspension crane bridge is mainly composed of main beam and end beam device. Main beam is the main bearing component of hoist type crane; its lower edge is the traveling track of electric hoist. According to different span, general design of 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm cantilever of electric suspension crane to meet the electric hoist runs to the end of the main beam. Both ends of the crane main girder design with trolley traveling blocking and buffer. Main beam camber is (1/1000 ~ 1.4 / 1000) S, the maximum camber shall be located in the S / 10 range of the span middle.
Electric suspension crane bridge
Suspension Crane end beam device is located just above the span position of the main beam, connected with the main beam by single hole articulated plate, and its structure is mainly consist by channel steel, reinforcing plate and connecting plate welding forming, it is delicate strong. At both ends of end beams installed with rubber buffers, can avoid structural parts due to collision damage. Between main and end beams using the balance shaft connection structure, simple structure, easy to install, easy to transport and storage. The end beams with such characteristics: compact structure, good rigidity, appearance and good welding performance.
Crane traveling mechanism adopt the respectively drive, drive and braking done by conical rotor motor, transmission adopt "one open and two closed" type gear.
Lifting Mechanism is Electric Hoist.

Electrical Control System

Electric suspension crane power supply is less than three-phase 690V, the frequency is 50 ~ 60HZ. Adopt direct control that is the motor directly controlled by the contactor, can achieve motor single and double speed, reversing control.
There are two operation modes: Ground control and remote control.
Ground control operation: press the button of the handle to control all mechanism movements.
Remote control: industrial remote control of mechanism actions.
Also, crane can be also installed with two operating devices: Ground + remote control operation, but two modes can be only switched to use, while not be used simultaneously considering security issues. Control circuit voltage is generally safe voltage 48V AC.

Safety Protection Systems

Short circuit protection, no-voltage protection, emergency power off switch protection, overload protection limit, upper and lower front and rear travel limit protection, phase failure, phase error, overvoltage and low-voltage protection, ground fault protection.
