Anti-sway Intelligent Control Crane Commissioning
The fully automatic anti-sway positioning intelligent control crane for steel pipe distribution made by Weihua Crane for Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Group (BaoSteel) has finished the commissioning work and put into operation.
The successful use of this crane replaces the revolving arm bracket, optimizes the steel pipe distribution technological process. The span of the workshop used to be equipped with multiple revolving arm brackets, which take down the steel pipe from the roller table, place on the conveying equipment pass to nearby of next roller table, then put on the roller table. If the steel pipe should be put on the next roller table, it must repeat the above work cycle. Now the crane can satisfy the direct place of steel pipe on any roller tale, change the steel pipe distribution technical process for Baosteel 460 unit pre-finishing area 1#～4#, and also reduce the energy consumption and investment cost.
The electric control system equipped with PLC and frequency control system. Through building load sway movement accurate mathematical model, use autonomous intellectual property advanced anti-sway control theory and method to control the velocity change. This crane can work under three models manual operate，semi-automatic and full-automatic operations. In manual operation control mode, crane travel, trolley travel and lifting mechanism, no matter run separately or coordinately in any gear shift, the load sway range of crane decrease more than 95%. In semi-automatic operation mode, anti-sway control system can reduce the sway to minimum and transport the goods to designated position automatically and accurately. In full-automatic operation mode, anti-sway control system can accord with required the automatic positioning target location and full automatic technology processing order to satisfy the crane anti-sway full automatic positioning and circle process. The technology can be widely used in machinery manufacture progressing workgroup, assembly workshop, refuse processing plant, paper making plant, metallurgy industry, steel plant, power plant, ship building plant, construction site, railway, container wharf and other fields.
