Metallurgical Single Girder Crane
Metallurgical single girder crane is single girder overhead crane supporting the use of metallurgical electric hoist, applicable to metallurgy, foundry places for handling molten metals.
The bottom of the main beam with thermal insulation layer, coated with heat resistant paint to solve the heat problem, adopt dual brake, dual limit to ensure safety. Crane working grade is A6, working environment temperature ≤60 ℃.

Metallurgical single girder crane is mainly composed of the main beam, crane traveling mechanism, metallurgical electrical hoist and electrical control system.
Its bridge frame consists of main beam and end beam device. End beam device consists of traveling motor, reducer, driving and driven wheel set, rubber stroke and so on.
Main beam is the main load-bearing structure of metallurgical single girder crane, of which under along is the hoist running track. The bottom of the main beam with special heat insulated, driving with insulating layer, coated with heat-resistant paint. Adopt adhesions technology to solve the heat problem of girder box and trolley tracks.
End beam device located in the two end sides of the main beam, terminal ends of the beam, connected to the main beam by hanging panels. Bottom of end beam device driving part motor is also provided with heat-insulating layer.
Crane Traveling Mechanism
Crane traveling mechanism using motor individual driving form, driving and braking completed by conical rotor, its advantage is to reduce the rail gnawing due to skew deviation, less prone to wheel failure climb rail and off road.
Below the traveling mechanism motor is provided with insulating layer, is well reduced the heat radiation on the motor and improve motor working environment.
Motor adopts ZDY (D) series conical rotor brake motor, insulation class is H, protection class IP54. It has good heat dissipation, long life, safe and reliable.
Metallurgy electric hoist-Hoisting mechanism
Metallurgical single girder crane take metallurgy electric hoist as the supporting hoisting mechanism.
Metallurgical single girder crane adopt square structure, considering safety, it will not use CD electric hoist as other manufactures. Our company will use self-research and produce electric hoist using in metallurgy surroundings.
Metallurgical electric hoist working level M6, mainly used in metallurgy environmental for lifting molten metal. Its main features are as follows:
Electric hoist traveling motor and lifting motor insulation class is H, protection class IP54.
Electric hoist adopts double brake structure. Using steel core wire rope, increasing its breaking force and, the safety factor increases.
General use CD, MD electric hoist working-level is M4, mainly used for general lifting applications. Metallurgical electric hoist is more greatly improved than CD and MD electric hoist in security and working-level.
Use high temperature resistant cable. Three-phase AC power supply, rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage of 220V ~ 660V.
Ground operation: press the button on the handle to control crane agencies movements.
Remote control: industrial remote control the appropriate agency action.
Note: This crane is recommended using the remote control operation, in order to protect the safety of personnel.

Metallurgical single girder crane safety system in addition to short-circuit protection, no-voltage protection, emergency off switch protection, overload limit protection, upper and lower front and rear travel limit protection, phase failure, phase error, overvoltage, undervoltage protection, ground fault protection, as well as special protection safety system - dual brake safety device.
Metallurgical single girder crane hoisting mechanism and traveling mechanism are equipped with controllable conical rotor brake and safety brake two independent brakes, which play a dual protection role in handling and lifting.
