Weihua chain hoist intelligent workshop informatization project successfully completed

Recently, Weihua crane chain hoist intelligent workshop informatization project successfully completed and became China crane industry's first information project of this type.
Under the traditional mode of production, the company lack of effective information management tools for the workshop production control, in the workshop production process control there are problems: people working is hard to assess, product materials hard to trace, hard real-time monitoring of the production process and other issues.
To solve the above conventional problems in production mode, it is necessary to promote workshop information construction, and gradually built "Transparent production line." Therefore, In April 2014, Weihua crane set up core special team, take chain hoist production line as trial, under assist in the administration department, technology department, QC, Production and Information Center, with unremitting efforts to overcome difficulties, and successfully completed chain hoist intelligent workshop informatization.
This project uses MES (Manufacturing Execution) system, wireless touch screen terminal, scanner, LED display and corresponding management software, to construct a workshop information management system with sending work order issued, production submitted, technical document viewing, abnormal problem handling and other functions. Realized visualization of production management, production process transparent, abnormal information of controllable and production monitoring in real time.
The successful completion of this project, marking Weihua Crane has achieved major breakthrough in the development of intelligence, informatization and standardization, laid a good foundation for the comprehensive intelligent information construction of Weihua in the future.
